AIM Australia Pty Ltd agrees to buy back all product purchased by the Member at wholesale cost less any Member commission or bonus paid applicable to such purchase and less a charge for handling and restocking equal to 10% of the Member’s cost of such product, provided such product is in an acceptable condition as determined by the company. 

Product returned to the company for refunds must be returned no later than 90 days from the date of purchase. Once the company receives the product a refund will be made to the Member.


An exchange occurs when a product is returned to the company in an acceptable condition as determined by the company.  Exchanges must be made within 90 days of purchase.
